Borneo Ethnic Cuisine Sandakan has created a hype in the city for being the first restaurant to be serving authentic Kadazan Dusun cuisine. This restaurant is a result of 3 friends brainstorming and coming together to make Sandakan’s first ever Kadazan restaurant a reality. Borneo Ethnic Cuisine Sandakan serves ethnic Kadazan dishes with some of them fused together with local flavors, highly recommended is the Nasi Linopot with Ikan Basung Pinasakan, as well as Kadazan’s famous desserts such as Ubi Manis and Hinompuka. Borneo Ethnic Cuisine Sandakan is pork free making it a Muslim friendly restaurant.

Borneo Ethnic Cuisine Sandakan is located at an end corner lot, hence it is spacious and can accommodate a large group for events with outdoor sitting available. This event space is filled with Kadazan decorations making the ambience very local and interesting.
