IPPUDO Bangsar

IPPUDO was originally founded in 1985 in the ramen capital of Japan, Hakata, by Chef Shigemi Kawahara. Chef Kawahara was crowned as the Ramen King of Japan in 2005 and has won the Ramen Hall of Fame three times in a row from 1995 to 1998. IPPUDO Bangsar is a hybrid outlet, a combination of a Japanese semi fine dining restaurant and Japanese bar. The food selections offered here are a unique combination of famous Japanese classics and fine western cuisine. IPPUDO Bangsar offers a unique “Ramen Dining” experience in Kuala Lumpur with its contemporary interior design and maiden outdoor dining concept, complemented by a Japanese bar stocked with a full range of Japanese alcoholic beverages. And they of course still serve their award winning pork broth ramen, so this is definitely a non-halal restaurant.

Event Space

IPPUDO Bangsar has a modern take on a Japanese wooden tavern. There’s an indoor and outdoor dining area and perhaps the feature of the event space would be the wall of bowls. The event space will provide your event with a modern Japanese tavern environment.

IPPUDO Bangsar is perfect for hosting an event like a birthday party, an office party, a lunch or dinner party, or even a small product launch. The space at IPPUDO Bangsar can take up to 87 pax.

Location

IPPUDO Bangsar is located in the strategically placed Bangsar Shopping Centre.
It has easy access from all parts of KL via the highways that link to it. While Bangsar Shopping Centre has parking bays located at its basement, it sometimes can quite packed during peak hours. Make use of VMO’s tie up with Grab to get discounts on your ride there and back home for your events here to counter the parking problem.
