KuAsh Theatre

KuAsh Theatre is a Black Box event space with modular seating, allowing your production to have a variety of seating configurations catering specifically to your needs. KuAsh Theatre is managed by Pusat Kreatif Kanak-Kanak Tuanku Bainun (PKKTB) and a base for the famous Actors Studio. PKKTB is a creative centre for children and they believe that creativity is an integral element to a childís learning, thus they are passionate about providing the platform and access to creative learning. There is also a playschool operating in the same compound. In complimentary to KuAsh Theatre, PKKTB also has an outdoor ampitheater, dome, Temu Tamu function room, as well as dance and craft studios to offer, shall there be extra activities requiring the event spaces during your event day.

Event Venue

KuAsh Theatre is fitted with a heavy-duty timber sprung floor with a laminated timber flooring finish. In contains no trap system. The event space is equipped with two dressing rooms, a first floor catwalk with 4 control-system-docking locations, and has the following dimensions; Wall-to-wall (19550mm x 19000mm), Catwalk-to-Catwalk (17450mm x 17000mm), and Stage Floor to Box Grid (6830mm). KuAsh Theatre comes equipped with a standard lighting rig and is subject to setup and reset costs. The height between Floor to Ceiling is 7950mm, Stage Floor to Box Grid is 6830mm and Stage Floor to Catwalk is 3200mm. KuAsh Theatre can accommodate a maximum audience of 120 pax and is suitable for stage performances, school performances, competitions and concerts.

KuAsh Theatre is strategically located at Jalan Tun Mohd Fuad in TTDI, next to one of the cityís green lungs, is a convenient stoneís throw away from the metropolis of KL and bustling city of PJ, making it an amazing event space to rent. Unlike many parts of TTDI where parking is usually a problem, ample parking is available within PKKTB compound and it is very safe as it is a gated area with guard house at the entrance. The best part is parking is FREE!
