From a humble beginning originally from Langkawi, Red Tomato has expanded into the city of KL with its friendly, relaxed Gastro Bar event space that brings all the best from Langkawi with a lovely twist just for visitors and friends in KL. Tanja & Oli, a family duo who runs Red Tomato KL aims to serve simple yet delicious food to travellers and friends alike. You will find some hearty and really delicious homemade pizza, pasta, barbecue and breakfast meals here and most of them are available as a gluten free option. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are available as well.

Event Venue

Nestled at the quiet end of TREC, Red Tomato KL is surrounded by a lot of greens giving this event space a calm and refreshing feeling as you walk in. The co-owner Oli is a restaurateur by day and artist by night thus his passion for art can be seen in the unique interior design of Red Tomato KL. Red Tomato KL is filled with welcoming and homey elements making it a great place to host parties. There is a striking and cheerful red piano on a small stage for live music and can well be used for events too. Besides the usual tables and chairs seating, there are also high stools at bar and some comfortable couches indoor.

Events

Red Tomato KL is a comfortable, friendly and relaxed event space with both indoor and al-fresco seating. This lovely event space is suitable for hosting a surprise party, birthday party, bridal shower, anniversary, marriage proposal, engagement party, get-together with family & friends, as well as corporate events. It can accommodate up to 100 pax.

Location

Red Tomato KL is strategically located at the edge of Jalan Tun Razak, making this event space very easily accessible from the city via the Jalan Sultan Ismail exit or Jalan Tun Razak coming in from the North & South or the MEX if you are coming in from places like Putrajaya or Cyberjaya. Parking is located within the TREC complex and there are also open air parking lots in the lot adjacent to TREC.
