Sea Queen Restaurant is a restaurant event space at Straits Quay, Penang that serves a variety of authentic Chinese cuisine with seafood as its main delicacy. The restaurant has a long history of seafood excellency that can be traced back to its founder, Madam Loh Yeng, who was queen of the wholesale seafood supply industry and a specialised seafood chef in her heyday. Sea Queen Restaurant offers ala carte and set menus with signature dishes prepared by skilful master chefs, including deep-fried soft shell crab, braised dried abalone, and salted baked crab with rock salt.

Event Space

Sea Queen Restaurant has indoor and outdoor options for various events and functions. The banquet hall can accommodate up to 38 round tables, the ballroom can take up to 90 round tables, and the convention centre has a full capacity of 180 round tables. The event venue has an outdoor space that can cater to a total of 220 guests, and the restaurant also offers packages for garden weddings. Sea Queen Restaurant has a simple but elegant ambience, and the interior decor is customisable for respective events.
