The barbecued pork, or char siew in Cantonese, at Toast and Roast is regarded by many as one of the best in Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur. It has earned these rave reviews because Toast and Roast uses premium pork to create their char view masterpiece. The char siew is not of the overly caramelized variety and the meat retains some firmness before it melts in your mouth. Coupled with their Seremban styled Hakka Mee, it’s certainly a match made in heaven.
