Via Pre, sister restaurant of the Italian restaurant Via Pre in Kuala Lumpur offers a gastronomical delight of Italian food in a classically European event space. Lead by an Italian culinary team, meals are served with quality fresh ingredients as per Italian culinary standards with a philosophy of authenticity and affordability. The event space boasts of not using any processed or flavoured food and offers a wide range of classic Italian mains, pastas, pizzas, salads, entrees, antipasti, desserts, coffee and extensive selection of aperitifs and Italian wines. There is also a good range of daily specials, breakfast and tea breaks displayed on the menu and chalk boards. Should-trys include Braciola di Miale (suckling pig), Gnocchi (pumpkin and ricotta dumplings), Pan-fried Duck and Veal Sausage Platter and Cured Hams & Sausages with Antipastos.

Event Space

Operated and owned by expatriate Italians, Via Pre Penang, as spacious two storey event space, is the epitome of elegant fine dining. Discreetly quiet from the outside, the contrast hits you as step in with its up-market, classy Italian tavern ambiance, high-ceiling, low lighting and tasteful decorations including shelves spilling with Italian hams, cheese and wine. All of which sets the scene for a charmingly romantic and relaxing evening of delicious food. Service is attentive with servers that are friendly, accommodating and courteous.

Via Pre Penang is an ideal event space for family breakfast over the weekend, romantic dates, a birthday party, dinner party, ROM, corporate dinner, cocktail party, product launches, other private functions as it can accommodate 60 pax upstairs.

Location

Via Pre Penang located at Lebuh Penang is 5 minute drive from the Penang Immigration Department. Parking is limited at the front but thereís plenty to be found in the neighbouring streets.
