The Estate KL on Federal Hill is expected to be one of the top wedding venues in KL. It offers everything that most people would envision of a unique wedding. The White House colonial bungalow that has over a 100 year old history on a hill overlooking the Parliament building and a vista of all of KL. What’s more unique than that? Ground Floor
The Ground Floor of The White House is separated into 3 sections, namely the Garden, the Courtyard and the Grand Foyer. With a combined square footage in excess of 20,000 sqft of rentable space, the whole ground floor can accommodate up to 350 pax.

First Floor
Situated on the upper level of The White House are the Sky Deck and the Private Lounge. The setting is more personal up here as guests can experience the elevated and unobstructed view of Kuala Lumpur City’s skyline. The total square footage for both sections sums up to 2,500 sqft and can accommodate up to 100 pax.

Rates of the event space (not inclusive of furniture or decoration) starts from RM25,000+ on weekends.

Event Space

The Estate KL on Federal Hill has several usable spaces within it. There’s the inner hall which is good for events of up to 100 pax. There’s the garden space which can take banquet events of up to 300 pax. And finally there’s a balcony overlooking the garden called the Sky Deck, which could either serve as a bar area or even a DJ console.

Events

The Estate KL on Federal Hill would be a suitable event space for a wedding, a company dinner, a product launch or any type of corporate event that you can think of. The combined event space can accommodate up to 400 pax at their event space.

Location

The Estate KL on Federal Hill is located off Jalan Damansara, which makes it easily accessible from many parts of KL. Do note that they currently have 80 parkings but they expect to be able to increase their parking capacity to over 200 parking bays by the end of 2025.
