Bari-Uma Ramen, established in Japan since 1992, a ramen restaurant with over 40 branches in Japan. They offers two kinds of ramen: pork or chicken stock based in shoyu, light shoyu and spicy flavors. The ramen soup is thick and creamy with a deep flavor because it has been boiled for more than 10 hours with potherb, chicken foot, pork bone and other ingredients which are selected carefully. Besides that, all the ramen noodles in Bari-Uma Ramen are freshly made in-home and there are three different firmness of noodles (regular, soft and underdone). Thus, customers can select a preference for the firmness of their noodles while ordering. In addition to Bari Uma’s signature noodles, Ajitama-Uma, other dishes are also delicious. For examples, Aburi Salmon Salad, Gyoza, Ishiyaki chaofan and more.
