Berjaya Times Square Hotel is Berjaya’s flagship hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Berjaya Times Square Hotel Ballroom were created with corporate users in mind. The space here was created to accommodate a variety of events and it can be configured in multiple seating styles with or without a stage.

The space at Berjaya Times Square Hotel Ballroom is actually made up of three Manhattan function rooms and is thus named the Manhattan Ballroom. It has the following capacity depending on the seating layout.

Theater – 2,000 pax
Classroom – 1,056 pax
Round tables without a stage – 1,400 pax
Round tables with a stage – 1,200 pax
Cocktail – 1,200 pax
Buffet – 800 pax
Boardroom – 200 pax
Hollow Square – 180 pax
U Shaped – 130 pax

Berjaya Times Square Hotel Ballroom is suitable for hosting seminars, conventions, conferences, product launches, press conferences, annual dinners, award nights, gala dinners, and corporate banquets. It is also a popular wedding venue with wedding banquets often hosted here.

Strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, the Berjaya Times Square Hotel Ballroom is easily accessed via the upgraded Jalan Pudu & Jalan Hang Tuah. Ample parking is available within the building. Or you could get here via the monorail which stops at Berjaya Times Square itself.
