Established by a husband and wife team, Citrus Wine & Dine is a fine-dining restaurant event space in Ipoh that serves modern Euro-Asia cuisine. Chef Simon Lee, who is also the owner of the restaurant, finds passion in taking the dining experience in Ipoh to the next level by crafting delectable menus with his culinary skills. Citrus Wine & Dine has a diverse Western-Asian fusion menu offering various appetizers, salads, main courses, and desserts that can be customised into set dinners and buffets according to their customers’ tastes and needs. The restaurant prides itself in using high quality ingredients for its culinary delights, such as fresh salmon, cod, and high grade beef for their steaks.

Event Space

Although the exterior of Citrus Wine & Dine is an unassuming and typical shoplot building, the interior of the two-floor restaurant is designed in a simple but elegant manner. During the day, the restaurant is filled with natural sunlight filtered through large windows and sheer curtains, whereas during the night, it is bathed in warm lighting that creates a relaxing ambience perfect for dining. Citrus Wine & Dine provides both rectangular and round banquet tables and chairs depending on their customers’ requests, but advanced booking is recommended to ensure better seating arrangements.

Events

Citrus Wine & Dine is a suitable venue for hosting small-scale private events like an anniversary dinner, a birthday celebration, or a baby shower. The event space can also cater to larger group and corporate events such as an annual company dinner, a wine and food pairing session, or even a wedding reception. It can accommodate up to 120 pax upstairs, and 100 pax downstairs.

Location

Citrus Wine & Dine is nestled in Bandar Baru Tambun, among a few quiet neighborhoods in the Ipoh Garden East area. The building is fairly easy to locate as it is facing the main road, Jalan Perajurit. Ground level access makes it a handicap friendly dining venue, and ample public parking is also available outside the restaurant.
