Encore Cafe

Encore Cafe originally started in Australia. The founder of the cafe, Barry Symington, opened his first Encore Patisserie Cafe in Sydney in 2006. It became a huge hit with Sydney-siders with it’s fantastic and delicious range of french pastries and cakes and great coffee too. Encore Cafe opened in Kuala Lumpur in 2014 and is headed by Pastry Chef Lin, who apprenticed under Barry in Sydney. The Encore Cafe in KL serves European pastries, Australian meat pies and coffee too.

The Encore Cafe has two sections, an inner air-conditioned section that can accommodate up to 20 people and an outer section, which can accommodate up to 50 people. Since it is covered, this outer section of Encore Cafe could make a very nice outdoor setting for an event without running the risk of getting drenched by the elements. We think the Encore Cafe would be a suitable event space for birthday parties or perhaps even meet-ups. The outer section could even be arranged to organise a cozy wedding ceremony.

The cafe is located in a quietest part of the Taman Desa area, Taman Bukit Desa. Parking is usually quite easy, unlike the other parts of Taman Desa which have a high concentration of offices, making this quite a good event venue.
