At the Ixora Hotel event spaces, the seating arrangements can cater from 100 up to 500 pax depending on the type of function and the room. The function halls are well lit and fully air-conditioned. For their meeting rooms and the grand ballroom, they can be styled into 5 different ways such as the standing cocktail style, theatre style, classroom style, U-shaped style and round table style. The meeting rooms at Ixora Hotel are fully carpeted and there are curtains that can block natural sunlight from coming in if you wish to have a cool and cosy environment. The grand ballroom has a very intricate interior design and the flower arrangements can be crafted according to the preference of their guests.

Events

The events that can be organised at Ixora Hotel can vary from private events such as a birthday party, an engagement party or even a wedding reception to corporate events like a business conference and a team-building seminar. They also provide a delightful dining of South East Asian, international buffets and authentic Chinese cuisine. Even a motivational talk could be given at one of the meeting rooms in Ixora Hotel. A minimum of 30 pax is required to make a booking for events at Ixora Hotel. Depending on the style of seating arrangements, the meeting rooms at Ixora Hotel can accommodate up to 200 pax whereas the Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 500 pax.
