Kite at Craig carries a selection of exquisite and under the radar wine labels and craft spirits and they also create local adaptations on classic cocktail recipes. But what’s gotten tongues wagging is their interpretation of modern comfort food. The Head Chef, Dannel Krishnan, of Kite at Craig seeks to bring back childhood memories of Singapore food favourites and modernise it with unique ingredients and progressive cooking styles.

Event Space

From nutmeg plantation to dwelling place of Chinatown’s poor in the late 19th and early 20th century and to commercial shophouses and now a trendy lifestyle area, Craig Road has seen a lot of transformation. Kite at Craig sports an industrial theme that befits the space that is perhaps a throwback to the use of this shophouse in the past. As with the shophouses from the pre-war era, Kite at Craig has high ceilings making this place feel spacious. There’s a lot of natural lighting that flows in from the windows as well since Kite at Craig occupies the end lot. Whether you are planning a meet up, a cocktail party or birthday party, this is quite the event space for groups of up to 60 pax.

Location

Craig Road is easily accessed from Tanjong Pagar Road, and Kite at Craig is easy to spot as it is the one with its wall painted in brick red on left-hand side. This event space is located in between two MRT stations. It is a 9 minute walk from Outram Park MRT station or a 7 minute walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT station. The nearest carpark is at Craig Road, a very short walk from Kite at Craig.
