KomPassion Thai Fusion Food is a unique Thai food event space whereby Thai Cuisine is being beautifully married with some of Malaysianís favourite National Cuisine. The master chef behind KomPassion Thai Fusion Food is none other than the famous endearing Chef Nikom (ìKomî) Uatthong from Chiang Rai Thailand who used to be the food consultant and executive chef of My Elephant. Together with the owners Desmond Wong and Tan Huat Jin, KomPassion Thai Fusion Food was birthed in year 2013. KomPassion Thai Fusion Food sits in the middle of a typical row of suburban shop lots in Damansara Kim. Modest and unassuming, much like its owners, this event space embraces clever simplicity, both in the setting and food. With an extensive menu ranging from Starters, Salads, Curries, Soups and Desserts to Individual Meals and KomPassion Specials created for sharing, the options for food are great. Some of the signature dishes not to be missed are The Double Cooked Pork Belly and Soft Shell Crab with Cucumber Salad, KomPassion Chicken Wings, Tom Yum Soup, Green Curry Crispy Pork, Pork Leg Rice, Tako and Ice Cream with Jackfruit and Red Ruby. If you love authentic Thai food with a local twist, KomPassion Thai Fusion Food is definitely one great event venue choice for you! This event space is spacious and airy with plain wooden tables and simple black / white chairs arranged nearly within the dining area. KomPassion Thai Fusion Food stresses on the beauty of simplicity from the simplistic raw decor with lamps hanging from exposed piping, to taps on a bare cement wall, to steel zinc pieces and the lovely concrete bricks wall, the approach is clearly no plush outfitting but raw & natural, giving this lovely event space a comfortable, rustic and endearing look. KomPassion Thai Fusion Food occupies 2 stories with a cosy Chill Out Zone upstairs, which can be booked separately for small intimate party. There is a small bar that serves draft beers and a small stage for live performances downstairs.

This amazing event space can accommodate up to 60 pax.

Location

KomPassion Thai Fusion Food is located in the quiet suburb of Damansara Kim. It is easily accessible via the LDP or the Sprint Damansara link if you are coming from KL or via the NKVE. Parking is available along the streets and is usually quite easy to find on weekdaysí evenings or even weekends.
