Although it may look just like another typical Chinese restaurant, Ming Chu Restaurant Pearl Point uses fusion style cooking to spice up their Chinese dishes with homemade herbs. Being under the same management as Kotaro Sushi – a Japanese restaurant, this event space incorporates elements of Japanese Cuisine in their dishes to spice up the usual Chinese dishes that are normally served at other Chinese seafood restaurant spaces. Their signature dishes include the Eel Claypot Rice, which incorporates a combination of Chinese style cooking and the Japanese Unagi, as well as the Steamed Jade Perch and the Three Sauces Spare Ribs.
