The Playground Event Space is the brainchild of fitness coach, CJ Lee, and he has created a modern looking and a very inviting boutique gym space. It has 4,700 square feet of space which includes a multitude of gym equipment that will certainly help you sculpt your body. There’s a ring right in the middle of the gym for aspiring boxers, and several punching bags if you would rather have your punch target a bit more stationary. But you have a question, what’s a nice gym doing in a site like VMO? Wait-lah, we will get to it.

Event Space

The Playground Event Space has a high ceiling that gives this space an extra airy feel. The floor to roof glass windows lets in a lot of natural light to make this gym quite unlike any other gym you will find in town. While it may be a gym, the setting and location of The Playground Event Space also makes it an unconventional event space.

Events

What sort of events can you hold at The Playground Event Space? It’s limited by your imagination. Let’s start with the obvious, a product launch for a fitness related product. Yes sure. Can you be a bit more imaginative. How about a corporate team building event? Or a corporate workshop or seminar? Or, wait for this, how about how about a wedding ROM in a gym? Or just a simple birthday party? The Playground Event Space can easily take up to 150 pax for standing room events.

Location

The Playground Event Space is located at the 2nd floor of the retail complex of Nadi Bangsar. That’s on Jalan Tandok, just a stones throw from APW. Getting here is easy, through Jalan Bangsar. The building management currently does not charge parking fees, so that’s a good thing. There are about 40 parking bays for retail consumers. While that’s not a lot, it’s still better than most of the spaces around this area.
