The owner and mastermind behind Sweetwater Restaurant JB is Chef Hans Durst, the same chef and owner of the famous Italian restaurant Gianni’s Trattoria. The renowned chef wanted to create a completely different menu and atmosphere to his mediterranean restaurant, which was not only inspired by the diverse flavours of mediterranean cuisine, but also the innovative need to prepare authentic flavours in a shorter amount of time to serve customers. The aromatic Moroccan Chicken cooked in a tagine, stuffed calamari, and Veal Shank with Bomba rice are crowd favourites. Sweetwater Restaurant JB also has a cult following for its well prepared juicy steaks and lambs.

Though the food at Sweetwater Restaurant JB is high-class, the restaurant has simple modern decor with a casual unpretentious ambience. Black and white portraits adorn the walls giving the restaurant a charming feel, while the plushy seats and crisp white tablecloths promises comfort.
