You are required to agree to the Bid For My Party Terms and Conditions stated here before you can place your bid on this item:

2. No reason(S) will be accepted for not fulfilling your commitment because you did not read or understand.
3. Please do not place your bid on this item if you:
a. Are using someone else’s email account and identity information to place a bid
b. Do not intend to buy
c. Are bidding for fun or to prevent others from putting in a successful bid
d. Are bidding on your friend, colleagues, family or relative’s behalf
4. If you won the bid for this item, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the “item” from VMO.rocks. For clarification, the “item” refers to right to host a party at the Eau de Vie bar at Nexus, Bangsar South which includes 45 bottles of wines (worth over RM3,500) and food (spring rolls, samosa chicken wings, pasta & ham) for 30 people (max.) worth RM1,500. Eau De Vie reserves the right to replace the food menu with a selection of equal value. The party can be held at any Sunday (nights only) from 28 Dec 2014 till 15 Feb 2015, subject to prior reservations being made at Eau de Vie. Any additional food or beverage consumed above the stated “item” description will be charged to you at the standard retail price at Eau de Vie.
5. VMO.rocks will not be held responsible for any actions, legal suits or otherwise that Eau de Vie may take against you for any damages to the venue or unruly conduct during the course of the party. VMO.rocks will also not be held responsible for any dissatisfaction or dispute with the service and product provided by Eau de Vie.
6. If your bid is the successful bid, you will be contacted by VMO.rocks and will be required to place a non-refundable booking fee to confirm the purchase of the “item”. The booking fee will be 50% of your successful bid price. Your purchase of the “item” will only be deemed confirmed upon the receipt and clearance of the booking fee.
7. You will be required to pay the balance of the 50% of the successful bid price to Eau de Vie on the day of the party.
8. Please make sure your email/phone number is valid for contact purpose. You will only be contacted if your bid was the winning bid.
