Sid’s Pub Bangsar South is a name that’s no stranger to many a bar goer in Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya. Sid’s Pub was the brainchild of Geoffrey Siddle and has become a popular watering hole and a place with good (because it’s non-halal) pub grub. Little known to many, Sid’s Pub Bangsar South is one of the few places in KL where you can bring your pets to without being chased out.

Event Space

So if you are a pet lover and want to plan a party for Poodles or Fifi and invite some of her friends to join in, then Sid’s Pub Bangsar South is one of the few places where it is a pet friendly event venue. If it’s a big group of pets that you are planning to invite, then do let the pub know about it earlier. Beer in one hand, a famous Sid’s Pub pork burger with bacon and cheese topping that comes with their signature chips fried to a lovely golden perfection in the other hand. and your best furry companion by your feet. Isn’t that a lovely picture? Sid’s Pub Bangsar South is one the four Sid’s Pub outlets in KL. To confirm it’s pedigree, Sid’s Pub has been shortlisted Best Pub Grub in the Time Out KL Food Awards 2009, 2011 and 2013. It won the category in 2012.

Location

The relatively easy access to Sid’s Pub Bangsar South which is located at The Village in Bangsar South makes it an ideal location for events. Whether you enter via the New Pantai Expressway or the Federal Highway, Bangsar South is well served by many feeder roads. While there isn’t much parking within The Village, there is an open air car park opposite The Village.
