The Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang or MAEPS was established by the Ministry of Agriculture to serve as a centre for agro-based events and activities. It is is claimed to be the largest agro park in Malaysia and Asia. The Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang is envisioned to be a venue hired for meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE), especially for those catering towards the agriculture, horticulture and agro tourism sector.
Event Venue for Expositions
The Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang is host to MAHA, as well as more industry-focused events and activities developed to promote the agriculture industry to the Malaysian public. The exhibition park resides on a 130 hectares land belonging to the Malaysian Research and Development Institute (MARDI). As one of the largest exhibition park and show ground, MAEPS is the driving force behind the success of the agricultural industry in Malaysia.
Facilities at MAEPS
The convention centre has four halls (Halls A to D), which are situated on 368 acres of land. The buildings and outdoor spaces were carefully designed to bring out the best of the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.
Location
Located in the suburb of Serdang, Selangor near Putrajaya, the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang is situated to the south of the Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute or MARDI. It is just about a 30 minutes drive from Kuala Lumpur and is accessible via the South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) and the North South Expressway. Parking is easily available within the area.
