The staff were nice and apologetic but seriously.... train ppl to properly get the right bills and also how to quickly correct it when a mistake is made.

I held a party there for my daughter and I was impressed by quality of their service and how flexible they were at helping us arrange a menu for our budget
We got the whole cafe by ourselves for my son's first birthday! the venue was cozy, food was nice with reasonable price and basically everything went well at the lunch party! The staffs and boss (chef) also super friendly and nice! Love the cozy yet private dining upstairs with kids corner! Clean and kids friendly place. Sanitized everything and also receptive of our request! Wonderful time and everyone had fun!

Attended a friend's son's party here. Lovely cozy atmosphere. Perfect for small parties with very attentive staff. Serves tasty small party size bite type hor d'ouvres along with hearty pasta meals. Especially love the huge portrait painting which adds to the artisan cafe feel.
