alt.space is one of the many new coworking space that is increasingly becoming popular in Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya. While they are not mushrooming as fast as cafes seem to be, coworking spaces are becoming increasingly work spaces for mobile workers or startup companies to operate from. alt.space aims to provide the road warrior with a comfortable place to work and ensure that there are enough tables and power points available so that the user won’t run out of juice. alt.space also combines a trendy cafe environment with the facilities of an office, making it so cool to work at this co-working space.

At alt.space, users are provided with a high speed broadband connection, Pay-As-You-Use pricing for individual and group working spaces, lockable workstations for the individual mobile workers, office amenities (printing, scanning, projector etc.) and most importantly for VMO, an event venue for larger discussion groups. Location

alt.space is located at the hip and happening Jaya One, which is a great place to have events in Petaling Jaya. Parking is amply available at the basement car park of Jaya One. Other event venues at Jaya One include The Morning After and Science Bridge Academy.
