Chef Tan Kota Kinabalu (Or officially known as Chef Tan’s Coffee, Food, Home) is a Chinese restaurant and cafe owned and managed by Chef Tan, who retired from his long career in the hotel industry and opened up his very own joint. Chef Tan Kota Kinabalu prides itself in dishing out homestyle food with no msg and lots of love. At Chef Tan Kota Kinabalu you will be hard pressed to choose from their extensive menu which includes rice and noodle dishes, soups, desserts, and even simple western fare. However their most sought after dish is the creamy butter chicken and prawns that has their customers coming back for more.

Chef Tan Kota Kinabalu has a cosy cafe feel with red brick walls, chalk board menus, hanging light bulbs, and minimal decor allowing you to decorate your event to your liking. Because Chef Tan Kota Kinabalu has wooden tables and chairs that can be rearranged depending on your event needs. The restaurant can also set up a dessert table or a buffet line up for bigger events.
