Since December 2012, Dining in the Dark KL is here on our shores, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur – dining in total darkness! Now, one does not need to travel halfway round the globe to experience this remarkable and fascinating dining concept. Simply get to the happening street of Changkat Bukit Bintang, and find the door which leads to a culinary discovery. With the intention of bringing food appreciation to a higher level, this unique approach is ideal and mind-blowing; dining without one’s sight. In fact, it is an experience where one “looks” at the world through the senses of taste, sound, smell and touch as they become more acute in darkness.

Event guests at Dining in The Dark KL will be served with a “surprise menu” (changes on a quarterly basis)
The surprise menu is of a 4 course set meal comprising of appetizers, soups, main course and desserts.

Event Venue

Dining in the Dark KL is where you dine in total darkness and experience the blinds’ life. It can be a special venue for events/function. Something new that people hasn’t tried before. Upon entering the pitch dark dining room, you will slowly get comfortable with the environment. There is only an indoor area.

This place is suitable for corporate Function, Engagement, Social Gathering, Team Building, Workshop. It can take up to 60 pax

Location

Dining in the Dark KL is strategically located at the heart of Changkat Bukit Bintang. From KL Tower, it is about 7 minutes away. From the PETRONAS Twin Towers, it is about 9 minutes away. Nearest public transport would be monorail or MRT Bukit Bintang, and it is 7 minutes walking distance. 3 parking spaces available, which are the valet service in front of El Cerdo, open carpark next to Zion Club or indoor carpark in Vida Bukit Ceylon.
