First started in 1948, Lone Pine Hotel was only a 10 rooms bungalow owned by an Australian. The hotel was then slowly expanded. It is the first resort on Penangís most famous beach, and also the most intimate and pet-free. Refurbished in the year of 2010, the award-winning Lone Pine Hotel Penang has now total of 8 distinctive type of sea-facing guest rooms and spacious suites with balconies or private courtyards, providing a contemporary and old world charm comfort. There are an Alfresco buffet dining by the beach, Japanese restaurant and a bar to rewind. A games room, spa and gym are available for relaxation, making it a perfect place for getaway or short vacation.

Event Space

The Lone Pine offers three unique venues that can be tailor-made to cater to your event or function. Each one can be designed to accommodate different seating arrangements and numbers of participants, and equipped with high-tech presentation tools or basic equipment to suit your needs. The biggest Angsana Room that fits up to 120 pax, meeting space Areca Room for a maximum of 16 pax and a beautiful garden for 300 pax.
