Thai Hou Sek is another creation of the people who has brought the popular and award winning Rama V and Fa Ying restaurants to the Klang Valley. This time Thai Hou Sek serves cuisine that is inspired by the street food that you would find at Yaowarat Road in Bangkok. All the lovely porkylicious Thai-Chinese that you have come to expect on the streets now comes to you in the air conditioned comfort of Thai Hou Sek.

Event Space

Thai Hou Sek has been designed to reflect the rustic charm of Yaowarat in a modern setting. The ambient lighting creates the mood that you are on having a meal at night on the streets of Bangkok. The old gramophone centrepiece & the cement and mosaic tiled floor further lends an effect to that retro feel.

Events

If you are planning a company lunch party or dinner (as long as everyone can eat pork), a birthday party, a farewell party for a colleague, or a gathering of friends who love Thai street food, then this is the event space for you. Thai Hou Sek can accommodate up to 50 pax.

Location

Thai Hou Sek is located at the old wing of One Utama, two floors above where AEON is. While access to One Utama in Bandar Utama is easy enough as it’s just off the LDP, one of the common complains about One Utama is that there’s not enough parking. While there are now additional parking bays in One Utama, do choose your time to plan an event here. Lunch and dinner hours tend to be very busy. One way around this is to use VMO’s tie-up with Grab where you get a discount on your taxi ride to and from here.
