Urban Daybreak is a trendy artisan cafe located in the heart of Georgetown, Penang. Founded by a group of friends whom believes in good soul cooking, Urban Daybreak aims to tantalise your tastebuds with authentic Australian breakfast and brunch with a twist. This event space only opens for breakfast and lunch, and seeks to offer Western Brunch (Australian-influenced) menu at a different level. Brunch is no longer about the ubiquitous Big Breakfast but extended to a range of Waffle-goodies and artisan Waffle-items. Urban Daybreak is a fully air-conditioned cafe and is easily noticeable from afar but it does take some effort to locate the signage.

Event Venue

Urban Daybreakís ambiance is cozy, warm and simple. The wall is painted with a Tiffany blue color, hung with red mock windows on the right. The walls here are painted with artistic and rustic images, giving a very unique interior perfect for insta lovers. Urban Daybreak has two levels and three section altogether, and has an open kitchen concept allowing the aroma of freshly made waffles and cooking swift through the cafe.

Events

Urban Daybreak is an artisan cafe located in the streets of Beach Street Penang, serving breakfast and lunch that can accommodate events of up to 40 pax. Such events that can take place are birthday parties, surprise parties, bridal shower or meet ups.

Location

Urban Daybreak is located in the heart of Georgetown, along beach street. Urban Daybreak has an exterior that might be inconspicuous or rather not easily spottable, however you are able to find it on waze/google maps. Although street parking is limited, fret not as there are many public and private parking lots nearby.
