In the Sabahan language “Sinalau” means smoked while “Bakas” means wild boar, and “Sinalau Bakas” is the famous dish prepared by the Kadazandusun people of Sabah, this dish can normally be found in roadside stalls. VOGS Authentic Sinalau Bakas serves this traditional indigenous food in a simple, vibrant event space and also serves a large variety of other dishes cooked with wild boar meat as well as other meats.
