The spaces are mostly white in background with simple tables and chairs to enhance the layout of the event space. The floor is made of minimalistic wooden linen floors. They have various type of facilities such as projectors & markers.

As YMCA Penang specialised for meeting space, they provide suitable services for business events such as start-up and tear down services. Events such as workshops, meetings, product launching, seminars and even classes are suited for the event space that can accommodate 80 pax.
