Run by a husband and wife team, Zinc Restaurant brings a marriage of Chinese and French cuisine with a Mediterranean – Sarawakian twist. Opened three years ago, the event space signature dishes include Jamon Iberico Board and Pork Steak, Spanish Suckling Lamb Shoulder, Black Squid Ink Paella and Sarawak Laksa Pizza. The high quality food is passionately prepared by a Barcelonan chef with more than 40 years of experience and displayed with creative plating. Service from the hostess and wait staff is friendly and attentive. Desserts and a large choice of alcoholic drinks are available at the event space. It has been voted on Trip Advisor for a good reason!

Event Space

Zinc Restaurant is the creation of Mediterranean culture nostalgia for an event space that brought back sweet memories of friendly Parisian ambiance, music, food and beverages that was missed from Europe. The double storey event space gets its unique name for the classic material cladding traditionally used in counter tops in old French bars; and because Parisians fondly refer to bars as ‘zincs’ The event space is divided to an indoor ground section, outdoor garden terrace and a private dining room on the first floor. Thursday nights boasts of live band music adding to the laid-back vibe and ambiance.

Events

A highly recommended event space for locals and visitors and to host a birthday party, anniversary, dinner party, presentation, evening gathering with family or a chill night out with friends. The event space can accommodate 90 pax with 30 pax each at their ground floor area, garden terrace and a private dining room.
