The J’aime Restaurant is owned by Jean-Michel Lorain. Yes, that’s the same famous owner of the 3 Michelin star Côte Saint Jacques restaurant in Burgundy and the youngest recipient of such an accolade. Jean-Michel is famous for “his commitment and enthusiasm in providing his guests with outstanding fare that is not a mere meal but a culinary journey for the senses have led to these exemplary standards being maintained to this very day”. Such a mouthful but we took that line from their website so don’t blame us for that verbosity.
