The Lightbulb Penang started out from an inspiration from a lighting shop, clearly by its name. They set out to build a cafe to satisfy guests’ cravings. The event space considers brewing only the best tasting coffee with exceptionally fresh coffee beans and they spare using MSG in their food dishes so you can rest assured to be dining healthy over at The Lightbulb Cafe. You’ll find lots of other signature drinks, mouth-watering food dishes and tasty desserts. One of their signature dishes is, Rolling in the Light. It shares the same ingredients as Pan Grilled Chicken Chop, except the Chicken Thigh is replaced with Chicken Roulade.

Event Space

The Lightbulb Penang creates a place where family and friends can enjoy great food and coffee while being in an excellent atmosphere. The interior of cafe is carefully decorated with many light bulbs to suit the theme – some entangled-on pipes while some are left hanging around in the air; glowing with mellow yellowish light that bestows a romantic atmosphere. The Lightbulb Penang offers low wooden storage stool as well as ordinary chairs if you want to spend some time in the cafe.

Events

The Lightbulb Penang is anexquisite event space for hosting events such as a birthday party, family gathering, baby shower, tea party, product talk, or even corporate events. It can host events up to 80 pax.

Location

A long stroll along Jalan Zainal Abidin, you will find The Lightbulb Penang and it directly right next to UMNO Building. The event space is also accessible by a 10 minutes’ drive from 1st Avenue. Parking spaces are available on the streets as well as inside the car park building.
