The Arthur room was just perfect for a private intimate get together and a very cool respite from the afternoon heat. Had an event there early January. The led lights were one of the WOW factor and they can even customize the lighting to suit our funky theme during the whole night.
Will recommend to anyone that is looking to create a different kind of experience with their events!
Cozy, ambient environment. Good place to chill. Food are affordable and rich in taste. Excellent and friendly customer service.
A minor issue is the slowed service time when the place is packed.

We had a Christmas dinner there and they gave us a place in the private dining area. We loved the ambience & the Maitre D', Roberto, described the dishes in the most effusive and delightful manner. Certainly a lovely place and we would be looking forward to going back there. Prices were certainly high but with that level of quality & service, it was worth it.
We got the whole cafe by ourselves for my son's first birthday! the venue was cozy, food was nice with reasonable price and basically everything went well at the lunch party! The staffs and boss (chef) also super friendly and nice! Love the cozy yet private dining upstairs with kids corner! Clean and kids friendly place. Sanitized everything and also receptive of our request! Wonderful time and everyone had fun!

The food at Franco is simply put, is delicious! Was a bit doubtful about French-Jap cuisine but after giving it a try, definitely no regrets. The Squid ink Rice with Omu Egg and seafood is a must try and very tastily done. The decor is also very cozy and inviting. Just perfect for a birthday party or a catch up with friends. Will be booking this venue for the next party!
