Thank you for organising my daughters 15th birthday perfectly! Everything was lovely from the deco, nice cold air cond, music and most importantly my guests loved the venue and Food. Was there at the VIP room on Friday, 18 Sep. Had a blast and the environment was condusive for a private gathering. Food was delicious and karaoke selection was impressive too. More working mikes would have made it a perfect night. But overall, it was great.

Attended a friend's son's party here. Lovely cozy atmosphere. Perfect for small parties with very attentive staff. Serves tasty small party size bite type hor d'ouvres along with hearty pasta meals. Especially love the huge portrait painting which adds to the artisan cafe feel.

My order got mixed up (maybe a busy day). VMO reacted swiftly and prompted a call from Ginger Roots. They will apologetic and offer to replace my meal anytime.
It was a really good gesture. On top of that, they even value add with additional dish for my kids!
Needless to say, their food was good. It was delivered hot and fresh.

I did not hv a good time here because it took just as long to get me the correct bill and change as it was to prepare my take away order. Super annoyed. The staff were nice and apologetic but seriously.... train ppl to properly get the right bills and also how to quickly correct it when a mistake is made.
