The staff were nice and apologetic but seriously.... train ppl to properly get the right bills and also how to quickly correct it when a mistake is made.

Recently hosted a company event here and thanks to the wonderful Rabbit Hole crew, led by Winnie, it was a resounding success! The Arthur room was just perfect for a private intimate get together and a very cool respite from the afternoon heat. The finger food was delightful and most of all, the service team was attentive to ensure my guests had everything they need. Will surely recommend this venue for any private parties!
