Soups available such as the Crab Bisque, Oxtail Soup and Mushroom Soup are made with fresh ingredients to help your palate get a good warm up! Salads here such as the Grilled Scallop, Squid & Bacon Salad are also made with the freshest ingredients to start your meal with a crisp and tasty gastronomical experience. Though many other great dishes are available at Castell Gastrobar, it is without a doubt that they take the most pride in their steaks. Confidently self-proclaiming themselves as the “best Steak Bar in town”, Castell Gastrobar has four main steak dishes on offer. Their Prime Australian Grain Fed, Prime Australian Pasture Fed, Tenderloin and BBQ Beef Short Ribs. Each is cooked to perfection till the doneness of your choice and served with side dishes. Other mains such as the Greek Style Lamb Racks and BBQ Spring Chicken are available for those looking for options to beef. Sides are also available for those looking to add more flavour to their meals. A long list of beverages are available here to refresh and accompany your dining experience.

With its rustic and cosy design, the atmosphere at Castell is always relaxed. Thus, you can lean back in your chair and enjoy your meals either indoors or outdoors based on your preference.
