That is Futari Book Cafe. Futari has a lovely meaning in Japanese – “two persons” or “us” and surely is suitably chosen for this cosy joint. Futari Book Cafe is the creation of two good friends who love books, passionate about life and doing things differently. A surprise figurine is always found in your cup of coffee / tea just to spike up some positive vibes. Futari Book Cafe serves mainly Western menu and they do rotate their menu weekly to ensure the element of excitement is being kept for the repeat customers.

If you are looking for a simple, homey and comfortable event space to host a party in Skudai, Futari Book Cafe is a good bet! This event space uses white with a calming twist of grey and wooden furniture, giving it a tranquil feeling. Of course, the main star in Futari Book Cafe will be the bookshelf filled with a great variety of English and Chinese books. They have more than 500 books & magazines and many generous book lovers are still constantly donating more books to them. There will surely be a book suitable for everyone even the youngest reader. Childrens’ activity books, colouring books and colour pencils are provided to encourage parents to spend time interacting with their children while waiting for food to be served. Books and figurines are the best bespoke decoration for this unique event space.

Futari Book Cafe is a cosy, simple and relaxing non-smoking event space with only indoor seating. This unique event space is great for hosting a birthday party, bridal shower, baby shower, anniversary, proposal, engagement party, meeting, small scale corporate event, reading activity, bloggers meet up and family get-together. Futari Book Cafe can accommodate up to 45 pax.

Location

Futari Book Cafe is located at the up and coming Taman Mutiara Mas Township in Skudai. It is easy to locate, at the ground floor of the shop lots along Jalan Mutiara. Parking along the road side is easily available, especially for evenings and weekends.
