Gillman Barracks
Gillman Barracks
Gillman Barracks was first built in the 1936 to be used as housing units for the British military. After the British withdrew from Singapore, the place was then occupied by SAF (Singapore Armed Forces). Since vacated, a large number of shops, bars and bistros opened to attract expatriates and the working class.
