Established in 2015, Northsea Genuinely Belgian has been best-known to be an exceptional event space for hosting events as the restaurant promises warm hospitality in their rustic, historically preserved building. Inspired by the great artisanal foods of German and Europe, the team objective is to honour the many different cooking traditions as well as to add their own interpretation of them with their unique culinary skills to serve you with a mouth-watering feast that is both traditional. One of their house highlights would be the mussels – cooked in a pot tantalized with umami juices which leave guests slurping to the last.

Event Space

Northsea Genuinely Belgian is an event space that portrays a simplicity outlook. The interior design has lively colours which depicts more than just a dash of authenticity. Guests can feel like they’re in grand yet homely environment. The event space only has air-conditioned indoor seating area and currently offering more selections than before with selected outdoor seating for small-scale events. Their round wooden tables and white chairs grab plenty of people’s attention!

Events

Northsea Genuinely Belgian is modern event space to host a birthday party, anniversary dinner, gathering, baby shower, beer session as well as other social events. It can accommodate events up to 50 pax.

Location

Situated in Jalan Sultan Abdul Jalil in Ipoh, Northsea Genuinely Belgian is located opposite the Excelsior Hotel, near Greentown – which has changed hands and stayed true to its Belgian origins and new proprietor Chin Kim Yoon. The event space is 5 minutes’ walk from SM Convent Ipoh and Ipoh Parade. There are ample parking spaces on the street.
