Both a restaurant and an intimate homestay, Cafe 1511 Melaka has been operating since year 2000 and is well-known as the “Home Away From Home”. The history of Cafe 1511 Melaka includes that the building was originally a servants quarters of the Baba Nyonya Heritage Museum. Here at Cafe 1511 Melaka, they specialise in serving local and Western cuisines such as Nyonya delicacies.

Event Space

The interior decor of Cafe 1511 Melaka comprises of beautiful wooden antiques and traditional Nyonya cultural carving designs. The event space gives off an extremely traditional elegant vibe and yet, offers a homey atmosphere for their guests. There are a total of 6 bedrooms located on the upper level of Cafe 1511 Melaka and in each room, individual facilities such as air conditioner, writing table and bathroom are provided. Although the windows at Cafe 1511 Melaka are improved of its infrastructure, the rest of the building is said to be the original remains of the historical building.
