Recently hosted a company event here and thanks to the wonderful Rabbit Hole crew, led by Winnie, it was a resounding success! The Arthur room was just perfect for a private intimate get together and a very cool respite from the afternoon heat. I did not hv a good time here because it took just as long to get me the correct bill and change as it was to prepare my take away order. Super annoyed. The staff were nice and apologetic but seriously.... train ppl to properly get the right bills and also how to quickly correct it when a mistake is made.

My order got mixed up (maybe a busy day). VMO reacted swiftly and prompted a call from Ginger Roots. They will apologetic and offer to replace my meal anytime.
It was a really good gesture. On top of that, they even value add with additional dish for my kids!
Needless to say, their food was good. It was delivered hot and fresh.

This place is rubbish, utter rubbish. Amazing deco and ambience, however the food servers just ruins the experience. Service is seriously just 3rd world mentality.
