Bricklin Cafe & Bar is a stylish cafe, coffee bar and event venue in Georgetown, Penang. This cafe serves up invigorating cups of aromatic coffee, tasty toasted bagels and sweet treats as well as a selection of other hot and cold beverages. Bricklin Cafe & Bar has made themselves at home at Hin Bus Depot, which was a busy hub of passengers and traffic once upon a time. At one point, it became derelict and has now been resuscitated by a breath of life in the form of Bricklin Cafe & Bar and Buu’s Kitchen. Bricklin Cafe & Bar is operated by the same operators of the well known Feeka Coffee Roasters in Kuala Lumpur.

Event Venue

The interior design of Bricklin Cafe & Bar follows a rustic and sleek style. Dark palettes are blended with the raw, red colour from bricks in the walls and a black-tiled floor with some vintage pieces thrown into the mix. The cafe building was renovated but some parts of the old building was kept, giving the exterior appearance a vintage feel. The front of the cafe was designed in a vintage manner and glass panels which allows natural light to flood into Bricklin Cafe & Bar on any given day. The comfortable furniture and air-conditioned interior creates a cozy environment in this quaint cafe; perfect to spend a quiet afternoon date with a good book or friends. Bricklin Cafe & Bar also offers outdoor seating for customers to smoke while enjoying their coffee.

Events

Bricklin Cafe & Bar is great for hosting private events such as product launch, birthday party, cocktail party and many other private events. This event venue can accommodate private events for up to 100 pax.
