Recently hosted a company event here and thanks to the wonderful Rabbit Hole crew, led by Winnie, it was a resounding success! The Arthur room was just perfect for a private intimate get together and a very cool respite from the afternoon heat. Organized a brainstorming session with my team there in early November 2015. Great place! Very clean, modern design and accommodates 25 pax comfortably.
Importantly, getting there using Waze was easy and ample parking available. Serviced rendered by Vincent was amazing too. Very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely consider renting this place again for future activities =)

We got the whole cafe by ourselves for my son's first birthday! the venue was cozy, food was nice with reasonable price and basically everything went well at the lunch party! The staffs and boss (chef) also super friendly and nice! Love the cozy yet private dining upstairs with kids corner! Clean and kids friendly place. Sanitized everything and also receptive of our request! Wonderful time and everyone had fun!

We had a Christmas dinner there and they gave us a place in the private dining area. We loved the ambience & the Maitre D', Roberto, described the dishes in the most effusive and delightful manner. Certainly a lovely place and we would be looking forward to going back there. Prices were certainly high but with that level of quality & service, it was worth it.

My order got mixed up (maybe a busy day). VMO reacted swiftly and prompted a call from Ginger Roots. They will apologetic and offer to replace my meal anytime.
It was a really good gesture. On top of that, they even value add with additional dish for my kids!
Needless to say, their food was good. It was delivered hot and fresh.
